Well, it looks like it’s Valentine’s Day again.
Does anybody else love going to Walmart and seeing all of the little candies and heart they have available? I mean, it’s not like the chocolate quality is the best, but something about that process super sweet milk chocolate makes me feel like I’m about five every single year. So of course, I thought might get some.
Nothing like passing on a tradition, amiright?
My newsletter on Friday went out without a hitch… the only problem was that due to a glitch, it also went out again on Saturday.
The biggest problem with the glitch? The second email said my book wasn’t up for preorder and that is not true 😣
So for anyone that was as confused as I was, I deeply apologize. I debated whether or not I should email again and then I figured I would be even more irritated if I was the one on the receiving end of three emails back to back to back, so I elected not to and that you would accept my apologies here instead.
Now that I’ve got that out of the way, the omnibus version of Volumes two through four of the Raven and the Witch Hunter is a quite satisfying 334 pages of delicious reading goodness in the ebook and paperback versions, and is currently live!!!!!

In addition to a new release, I’ve also been working on a few other projects. I’m participating in another flash fiction anthology for St. Patrick’s Day, so I’ll keep you posted on that, and I have just finished the first very rough draft of my second cowriting novel in my series as well. (More news on that soon as well;)
In terms of free time use (Hahahaha!) I’ve been watching a new series on Netflix, Always a Witch.
Although it’s not dubbed well, I’ve been able to ignore that part relatively easily due to the story line. Carmen, the main character, is a young slave in the first episode who is being burned at the stake for being a witch because her true love’s mom is a horrible and racist person. I’m only a few episodes in, but so far, it’s everything I love in a story;
a determined heroine, true love, time travel, magic and of course, and over arcing evil that needs to be either avoided or defeated or both.
So, if you have plans for Valentines or anti-Valentine’s Day, or if you plan on watching a little Netflix and are curious, I recommend checking it out. My husband wasn’t so sure about it during the first episode, but he’s either humoring me or he’s enjoying it as well.
So from me to you, happy Valentines, stay warm, and I highly recommend picking up my new omnibus.
Mostly because I really like saying the word omnibus, but also because I really hope you enjoy it.
XOXO,
