Wow. I do not know where the time is going.
May is a big month for me. A milestone birthday on Monday, Mother’s day on Sunday. My second turns seven on the 24th, and a few long weekends ahead.

I feel summer just around the corner and my heart is filled with the possibilities!

In writing news, I’ve been having a lot of fun beta-reading for other authors as well as reviewing books. There are so many amazing books out there right now that it’s sometimes hard for me to keep writing- I just want to curl up in someone else’s world and stay there!

But, I am still making leaps and bounds in my own world. Book four will be out shortly. I will set up a preorder for likely sometime in June, depending on two very important people who have my book at the moment. I also have a special treat included with that book, for those who really want to know how that first date with Mai and Jake went in book 2, the Stone Dragon. They are literally my favorite couple. You’ll get a little backstory about book 4, hidden at the end 🙂

I’ve also been inspired to try my hand at Dragon-riding.

Dragon dictation, that is. I drive so much for work, to work and home from work that I thought, hmmm, maybe if I learn how to dictate I can drive and write at the same time.

Cue thinking emoji.

I’m only on day four, but so far book seven is off to a flying start and almost 10,000 words! I can’t wait to see where I am at the end of the month.
